Any specific amount of deposit is required?
10%-20% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
When do you require payment?
A 10%-20% down payment is required at the time of booking. Rest of the amount is required 14 days before check in unless a prior agreement has been made with Royal Stays for the payment.
What mode of payment is acceptable?
All prices are specified in Australian dollars. Cash, Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and Amercian Express) and Bank Transfers are accepted. Cash must be paid in person to Manager of Royal Stays. Consolidated invoicing/receipts for huge project members and teams is available.
Are there any other charges?
Extra charges applies for extra furniture (Cots, Chairs etc) and Services (Housekeeping etc)

How can I check my Royal Stays Apartment?
A Royal Stays property manager will be present on site to show the reserved apartment and hand over the keys, and will answer all the guests’ queries. Our staff is 24 hours available. Please Inform the arrival time 3 days prior to check-in.
What is the check in and check out time?
Check-in time is 2pm.
Check-out time is 10am.

Royal Stays apartment rental rates include:

What services items are included in the apartment?
The furnished suite consists of stylish furniture and high quality appliances, towels, linen, fully built in laundry and kitchen utensils including crockery, dish washer, toaster, coffer maker, microwave, kettle, fridge, stove and oven.
What is the minimum period of stay in your apartment?
Minimum stay depends on the season. Please check the availability using the search engine on the homepage.
Is car parking available?
A undercover secured onsite car parking is available with some properties, please confirm at the time of booking.
Do you have additional items of furniture for rent?
Additional furniture is available such as home office and portable cot and fold-away beds but subject to availability and will be charged separately. Please inform the staff member at the time of reservation.
Do you have cleaning services of the apartment on a daily basis?
Our apartments are self-contained however we can arrange Daily/Weekly housekeeping servicing upon request for additional charges.
Do your executive apartments have cable television?
Foxtel cable television is available in all our apartments in Melbourne.
Do your apartments have internet?
Free Wi-Fi with high speed service is provided in all apartments.
Do you provide a pick and drop service to/from the airport?
Executive pick and drop service is available from airport to your suite with extra charges. This facility is subject to availability. Guests are requested to confirm 2 weeks before check-in.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are strictly not allowed.
